How did you get here?”
The truth is,
I used to be at war with myself…
I spent a decade resentful of my body for not looking how I thought it should. My attention and precious life energy was preoccupied by optics and my concerns about how others perceived me — of course I wasn’t feeling my sensuous aliveness or being fully present in my power.
“I must be perfect
so that I am lovable,
so that I am worthy,
so that I am chosen...”
… sound familiar?
Though discreet, the resentment I held towards myself went on for so many years it ultimately devolved into a militant and abusive hostility I held towards my body and self — taking the shape of righteous attitudes, disordered eating, unforgiving self-criticism, projections and judgements upon others and self-centered tendencies.
It even got so bad it manifested into a physically, emotionally and sexually abusive partnership which reflected to me my own deepest and darkest subconscious beliefs.
When I finally asked for help & began to feel what was beneath the surface, everything changed.
I experienced firsthand that:
1. My body is a vibrant wonderland of aliveness, divine intelligence, cosmic perfection and creative power.
2. By descending into the depths of my feminine body and cyclical consciousness, I could enter heightened states of consciousness, raise my frequency and become truly magnetic.
3. Through expanding self-awareness and delving deep into somatics, I could stop habitual patterns of responding to the past and be free to choose an empowered and loving now.
I believe this sexual / somatic / spiritual energy is what so many of us having been seeking outside of ourselves.
It’s the well from which we remember our true nature, tune into our unique gifts and gain the power, clarity and confidence to bring our authentic expression forth into the world which greatly needs us.
I believe the feminine body, psyche and spirit are full of sacred, creative powers that have been undervalued, misunderstood and largely erased from our collective awareness.
This group experience will give you the space, support, practices, tools and rituals to go to the depths inside yourself and discover an embodied love so that you can play along in the Radical Romance that is your one, precious life.
Your Guide
Sophie Burns is a lover and a leader. She is a healer, an artist and a Radical Romantic. Sophie’s teachings and offerings empower us to have faith in the mystery of life, discover new depths of our embodied and sensuous power, heal traumatic imprints from our past, and let ourselves immerse wholeheartedly in the romance and vitality of existence.
As a Love Coach, she works with clients individually and in groups utilizing her mentor Layla Martin's VITA methodology of Sex, Love and Relationship Coaching which blends Tantric, Daoist, and Neuroscience-based strategies of transformation.
Additionally, Sophie is a dedicated student of PsychoNeuroEnergetics, learning under the guidance of her elder mentor, Judith Johnson, a badass pioneer in the field of somatic trauma healing.
Sophie is also a menstrual activist, Vipassana meditator, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, budding herbalist, Pranic Healer and lifelong poet.

What if I truly desire to join and whole-heartedly participate but can’t afford it right now?
I truly want everyone who feels the call to join to be able to participate, regardless of finances. So in some cases I will be more than happy to make an exception and offer an additional option for a 6-month payment plan or other accommodation. Please request this in your application or discovery call.
What if I can’t make it live to the sessions?
We strongly encourage you to come live to the sessions, that is where the most magic and connection happens! If you cannot make it, not to worry — all sessions will be recorded and made available within 24 hours.
What is the financial investment?
As mentioned above, if you sign up before Feb 16th, you can access the early bird rate of $555/month this includes the early bird bonus of the Sexual Sovereignty online course, a $750 value!
For sign ups after Feb 16th, the rate is $625/month for 4 months!
