Experiences of safety, desire and sensual aliveness in the body are essential for going beyond the mind and entrapments of modern culture into deeper knowings of the nature of self and soulful expression of unobstructed love. This month, we emphasize somatic foundations and the vital role of romance in how we live, lead, love, and serve.
-
Our core relationships define who we are, influence our behaviors, and shape our worldview. Distortions, unresolved emotions, and unconscious patterns within these fundamental relationships can impact both our inner selves and the world we share. This month, we explore how can we consciously reawaken a somatic and conscious sense of reciprocity, interconnectedness, and the joyful necessity of participating in the creation of an evolving culture.
-
The cycle serves as a fundamental guide to understanding the true nature of life and our selves. Understanding it and living by it is vital for fostering a harmonious and interconnected world. This month, with fewer sessions due to the holidays, we will focus on exploring the gifts of darkness and menstrual consciousness, the power of light and fertility consciousness, and the balance and dynamic relationship between the two.
-
Power resides both around us and deep within, in places and potentials we have yet to remember and awaken. As we journey deeper into the body and the potency of the creative power within, we will explore how to orient ourselves in service to the truth and court the highest visions that we invite and receive. We will explore how we instrumentalize our resonant, energetic bodies for leading, serving, and creating with honor and zest.
-
Grief, fear and shame serve as potent gateways to love, connection, and truth. They invite us to cultivate and rise into courage and awareness which are necessary parts of our capacity to lead, love, serve and create in our highest capacity. By embracing these emotions, we return to soulful embodiment and right relationships. This month, we will engage in an alchemical, shadowy journey through base emotional states to achieve sacred emotional wellness that begets true thriving and our collective evolutionary necessity.
-
Like the cycle, the elements are foundational guides to truth and harmony, serving as our primary teachers and essential aspects of our existence. By cultivating a life that intentionally and sincerely is in service to that which sustains us, we unlock exponential symbiotic possibilities. This month, we will focus on cultivating meaningful, service-oriented, and embodied relationships with the elements and the living world.
-
There are very real issues in the world including systems and forces which perpetuate numbing the body, dislocating the soul, dividing the people, and indoctrinating the masses into units of consumption and obedience. How do we build and participate in the culture of a world that we love and feel proud of? What is the role of eros and the sensuous in culture? This month focuses on the final phase of Radical Romance which empowers participants into a radical, leadership oriented approach in their lives which is sensuous, courageous and vulnerable.
Course Themes:

-
In college, I majored in Organizational Studies, focusing on leadership, interpersonal dynamics, and culture. I was captivated by the intangible and energetic, the subtle mycelial threads that weave people together around shared values, vision, and goals.
While my capstone focused on wilderness therapy and adventure programs, I delved into how culture forms in small, impermanent groups to create lasting, meaningful impacts. Wilderness programs, though temporary, bring together individuals in a novel, wild environment to achieve a shared goal, returning home transformed with new perspectives, skills, and confidence. These changes enrich their lives and those they touch, serve, lead, and love.
Much like wilderness therapy, online group programs navigating inner wilderness, though brief, create long-term change in individuals from diverse cultures.
For nearly a decade, I’ve studied cultural change. My travels to over 30 countries and immersion in countless subcultures have taught me the ways of people and the world. Alongside this, I've undergone a dynamic spiritual process, decolonizing my mind, clearing traumas, and awakening my spirit to phenomenological, philosophical, psychosomatic, and mythopoetic understandings. This journey has enriched my daily life beyond what traditional education ever offered.
Now, I am free and in love. Wind caresses my neck, sunlight kisses my cheeks, and I feel an orgasmic union with the natural world. This profound connection requires no drug, no special mantra—just a deep, embodied knowing that many of you also crave.
As a love, sex, and relationship coach, somatic practitioner, and women’s mentor, I've been privileged to guide personal transformations in people’s hearts, sexuality, relationships, and spirits. Working with hundreds of clients and reaching millions through my messages, I've discovered what resonates and what is longed for: the embodied experience of the sacred, the erotic, the sublimely peaceful, and the wildly free.
Many have siphoned their energy into pursuits of success, convenience, and complacency, leaving them dissatisfied. This cognitive dissonance creates a baseline separation, resonant even in distortion. It’s the way of mass culture, but not the true way of the world. Radical Romance 3.0 will explore this premise.
Life, nature, and the cosmos have a rhythmic, cyclical intelligence. Mass culture, detached from the balance of the living world, operates from fear, unprocessed grief, and unnoticed gratitude. We spend more time on screens and in fear than in the joy and beauty of our sensuous bodies. We've become estranged and numb to the miracle of life, playing for systems we don’t believe in.
Radical Romance is a call to ask, "How am I being in this precious life?" It challenges us to find our backbone and stand tall for the beauty we believe in. It is for the courageous and bold, a visionary leadership incubator and somatic journey like none other. It explores emergent culture, encouraging us to un-become the falsities of society and tap into a soulful and sensuous aliveness. This is imperative not just for our joy and romance but for creating a culture we would be proud to pass down to future generations.
This isn’t about changing the world, an earnest yet potentially misguided objective. It’s about cultivating radical romance in our lives and trusting that who we are being contributes to the world we are co-creating, which is always changing.
Radical Romance 3.0 features guest facilitators like Sophie Strand, Zhenevere Sophia Dao, Florence Given, Judith Johnson, Samantha Neal, Leah Grillo, Sophia Arkana, Benjamin Life, and more. Over seven months, we will meet weekly to explore imperative themes, foundational romantic somatics, and leadership and service opportunities.
I am calling an intimate group of 9-15 participants to join Radical Romance 3.0, beginning this October and continuing for seven moons. You will find a depth of connection, community, and belonging. You will be exposed to philosophies and practices guided by experts to become alive in your body and free in your mind.
Radical Romance is a commitment to soul, to life-giving culture, to a harmonious, loving, and grounded way of being.
Applications are open on my website. Discovery calls will be held in September, and our journey begins in October.
This may well be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. If you know it’s for you—dive in.
